We at 3800 welcome you to our family. Here are some things you may find useful right away....


•The building is now completely non-smoking


•Empty parking spaces may be used for guests only with approval of the Front Desk.


•The Front Desk is manned 24 hours a day except in very rare circumstances. 


•The Lobby doors require your electronic FOB to open if no one is at the Front Desk to open them for you. 

NOTE: The door from the building to the pool deck may, sometimes, require your FOB to re-enter the building. Being stuck on the deck half naked, without your FOB or your phone can be awkward.

•The gate from the pool deck to the beach now requires a separate key. There is a plan to integrate that lock with the FOB system.

Basic Cox Cable (TV and Internet) is provided by the Association. Additional services (Premium Channels, Gigabit Wireless) may be purchased from Cox. At present there is no building wide WiFi.

Each floor has a trash chute, a laundry, and a storage closet.  In the storage closet, each Condo has a shelf for chairs and toys. Remember that the same key opens every closet, so don’t keep your jewelry in the there.

•Bikes parked outside are a target of thieves. A bike storage room is available, for a fee, from the Manager.

•News of the North End neighborhood can be found on

• Residents have asked that our Website, be private, so each page has a password. Since the page you are reading is public, please inquire at the Front Desk about Passwords.

This website includes Board and Association documents, and owners’ information. We encourage you to assist us by making suggestions concerning web content.
